Day 1

Scripture: Matthew 7:7

Ask And It Shall Be Given Unto You.

Don’t be afraid to ask. Ask your Heavenly Father. Fear will steal your ask. Fear will keep you silent. Fear will keep you from asking. Fear will choke your ask. Fear will suffocate your ask. Choose to surrender to God. Choose to ask your Heavenly Father. He gives good gifts.

In proper context, Matthew 7:7 KJV is speaking of receiving the Holy Spirit. However, the principle of “asking” still applies to every area of your life. You can ask our Heavenly Father for the Holy Spirit and He will give it to you.

You can ask God for spiritual gifts and He will release them to you. You can ask God for wisdom and He will give you wisdom. Don’t limit your ask. Don’t let fear quench your ask. Fear will keep you silent. Fear will keep you in bondage. Push through fear and let your “ask” be birthed.

Day 2

Scripture: James 4:3

Ye Ask Amiss‬‬

What’s your motive behind your ask? Maybe, your motives are wrong. Maybe, your heart is contaminated by selfish desires. Choose to seek God. Choose to align your ask with His Heart. Choose to reflect the Character of Christ.

Surrender to Him. Sit down and talk with God. Sit still. Ask God, what does His Heart desire?

Study His Ways. Learn from Him. Ask God to lead your heart. Ask God to pour His desires into you. Let your character reflect His heart. Choose to be led by His ways and you will not go astray. Love what God loves. Do what He tells you to do. Say what He says. Let His Word shape your life and direct your heart. Draw close to Him.

Day 3

Scriptures: Proverbs 3:5-6, 2 Samuel 22:31

Trust In The Lord

Let God lead and direct your path. Proverbs‬ ‭3:5-6‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.”

Seek His Will. Let His Word lead and guide your path.

As 2nd Samuel 22:31 says, He is your Buckler and your Shield. Choose to take refuge in Him.

Lean on His way of doing things. Wholly rely on Christ. Trust, abide and have confidence in Him. Trust that He will not lead you astray. He will not abandon you. He will never forsake you. Choose to trust God. Let Christ light your path.
