This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and NUBA ORG (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Pro (Premium) version of the Holy Bible: with study tools (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or subscribing to the Pro version, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Pro features.
1. License Grant

2. Subscription & Payments
The Pro version is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law or store policies.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
3. Pro Features
Pro subscription may include, but is not limited to:
- Ad-free experience
- Access to Bible videos
- Multiple Bible versions
- Verse highlighting and advanced study tools
- Exclusive reading plans and content
Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App lawfully
- Not misuse community or forum features
- Not upload harmful or unlawful content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and software within the App are owned by or licensed to NUBA ORG and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
