MAGA’s Top “Voter Fraud” Watchdog Jack Posobiec Votes in a Swing State. He Doesn’t Live There.

Jack Posobiec, a prominent right-wing commentator known for his vocal stance on election integrity and voter fraud, is under scrutiny for allegedly voting in Pennsylvania while residing in Maryland. This revelation has raised questions about the consistency of his public advocacy and his personal adherence to the voting laws he often champions.

Posobiec, who gained national attention for promoting the “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory, has been an outspoken critic of alleged voter fraud, particularly in swing states like Pennsylvania. However, records indicate that he has consistently voted in Pennsylvania elections from 2004 to 2024, using his parents’ address in Montgomery County, despite living in Maryland since at least 2017.
