Friend, have you ever felt like you needed more power to live out your faith?
Today I will tell you about some Amazing Power that is Dunamis Power. The word “Dunamis” in Greek refers to God’s Supernatural, Miracle-Working Power. This is the same Power Jesus promised His disciples in Acts 1:8, “But you will receive the power when the Holy Spirit comes on you.” This Power isn’t just for the extraordinary—it’s for every believer to live a life full of God’s Strength and Purpose.
I remember a time when I felt spiritually drained and overwhelmed by life’s pressures. It seemed like no matter how much I prayed, nothing was changing. One day, as I was praying, I sensed God reminding me of this verse from Acts 1:8. It was as though He was saying, “You already have My Power within you, now walk in it.” That simple reminder changed everything. I began to pray not from a place of defeat but from a place of Power, and soon I saw breakthroughs in areas I had been struggling with for years.
Dunamis Power enables us to overcome obstacles, perform miracles, and live boldly for God. It’s not limited to the past; this Power is available to us today, empowering us to be witnesses of God’s Love and Might in the world.

God’s Power at Work Within You
Friend, did you know the same Power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you?
Ephesians 3:20 tells us, “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.” This “Dunamis” Power isn’t distant; it lives within us through the Holy Spirit.
I once faced many situations in my life where things seemed impossible. I was under pressure, feeling like I wasn’t capable of handling anything. But when the Lord filled me with His spirit, I started doing those things that I wasn’t able to do. I had no confidence in my life and I felt worthless. I used to think I was not able to do anything in my life.
The Lord gave me the same Power that raised Jesus from the dead. It lives inside of me. That thought blew me away. I began to pray and trust in that Power, and suddenly, what seemed impossible became possible. I felt a Supernatural Strength and Clarity come over me as I navigated that challenging season.
God’s Power enables us to do more than we ever thought possible—not in our strength, but in His. When we walk in this Power, we experience miracles, breakthroughs, and Supernatural Strength for every challenge we face.

“Lord, thank You for placing Your Power within me. Help me to rely on Your Strength and not my own. Use Your Power within me to accomplish things beyond my imagination for Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

The Power to Change the Impossible
Friend, have you ever faced something that seemed impossible to overcome?
When Jesus said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). He was talking about the Miracle-Working Power of God. Dunamis Power enables us to believe and see the impossible become reality.
I recall a personal experience when in our family my younger brother had to face a serious health crisis. He fell from stairs and his leg and hip joint were completely broken. The doctors said He would not be able to walk in his whole life. But as we prayed, something shifted in our hearts—we began to believe that with God, all things are possible. We held on to that belief, and over time, we saw a miraculous recovery that even the doctors couldn’t explain. Now he walks like a normal person. No one can tell that he was in bed for two years.
Friend, we aren’t meant to live defeated lives. Through the Holy Spirit’s Power, we can walk boldly in faith, knowing that God’s “Dunamis” Power is at work in us and through us, enabling us to overcome anything we face.

Friend, have you ever wondered what unlocks God’s Miracle-Working Power in your life?
Faith is the key that activates “Dunamis” Power in our lives. Jesus often said, “Your faith has healed you” (Mark 5:34). It wasn’t just His Power—it was their faith in that Power that brought about miracles.
I was in the hospital waiting outside the operating room for a relative who was having some serious surgery related to urology. I read the story of the woman who touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and was healed because of her faith. It says she was suffering under a physician for 12 years and spent all that she had. It struck me—we needed to have faith, not just in God’s ability but also in His willingness to move in our situation. As I started to believe, I began to see His Power work in miraculous ways in this person’s life.
Faith is believing in what we cannot see, trusting that God is able to do more than we can comprehend. When we walk in faith, we position ourselves to experience the fullness of God’s “Dunamis” Power in our lives.

“Lord, increase my faith today. Help me to trust You even when I can’t see the outcome. May my faith unlock the fullness of Your Power in my life. I believe You for miracles, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Acts 1:8 reminds us that God’s Power isn’t just for personal miracles—it’s to make us bold witnesses for His Kingdom. “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses.” Dunamis Power equips us to share the Gospel, perform miracles in Jesus’ Name, and transform lives through His Strength.
I remember a time when I was afraid to share my faith with someone I knew. I didn’t feel equipped, and I worried about how they would respond. But the Holy Spirit empowered me in a way I hadn’t expected. I felt an overwhelming sense of courage to speak. All of my life I used to think I could not speak properly and I had a fear of public speaking. But Dunamis Power enabled me to speak in front of thousands of people.
God’s Miracle-Working Power flows through us to impact the world, leading others to Salvation and deeper faith. We are empowered not just to live transformed lives but to bring transformation to others.
