Day 1

Scripture: Proverbs 12:25

A Good Word Maketh Glad.

“Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭12:25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Choose not to let the spirit of heaviness weigh you down. Choose to surrender to God. Let Christ lift every burden. Choose to worship God. Don’t worship the weight and bondage of the past. Choose to redirect your focus and worship Christ. When you begin to focus on and magnify the cares and worries of the world, they will begin to weigh you down. When you choose to focus on your worries, cares and anxieties they will begin to lord over you. Don’t let the cares of this world grip and lord over your heart. Choose to redirect your focus. Choose to focus on God and not the weight of the world.

Proverbs‬ ‭12:25‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.” Let the Word of God feed you. Let His Word encourage you. Let His Word build you up. Let His Word strengthen you. Let His Word direct your path. Don’t let your cares, worries, doubts, fears, frustrations, failures and shortcomings become your lord. Don’t let the weight of the past torment over your thoughts. Pass the test — release the past and worship God.

What’s weighing on your heart? What are you worried about? What are you concerned about? What wakes you up at night? Don’t let the weight of the world entangle your heart. Let Christ rule and have total access to your heart. Who has access to your heart? What’s sitting on the throne of your heart? Are you worshipping your worries? Are you feeding your cares? Surrender to God and let the Word of God heal you from the inside out. “Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but an encouraging word makes it glad.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭12:25‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Day 2

Scriptures: 1 Peter 5:7, Philippians 4:7

Cast Your Cares.

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1 Peter‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Choose to cast your cares upon Christ continually. Don’t stop throwing your cares, worries and concerns at His feet. Choose to worship Christ in every area of your life. Choose to focus on Him. Make a daily decision to live for Him.

Let God crush your fears. Let God crush your failures. Let God lift you up out of the pit. Don’t let your cares weigh you down. Don’t let your fears weigh you down. Let His Glory in. Let His Power in. Let His Glory rest in every area of your life. Let His Peace overtake you. Phillipians 4:7 KJV declares, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Let His Peace keep you. Let His Peace protect you. Let His Peace crush every fear. Let God give you strength. Let the Peace of God cover every part of your life. Let God’s Peace lead and order your steps. Let God’s Peace direct your course. Let the Peace of God rest, rule and abide in your heart forever.

1 Peter‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ declares, “Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]” ‭‭Cast your whole care to Christ. Cast every aspect of your heart over to Christ. Cast your anxiety, worries and concerns over to Him. Don’t let the past cling to your heart. Choose to let “it” go. Whatever “it” is choose to let it go.

Don’t let your worries lord over your life. Don’t let your cares, worries, doubts and fears have rulership over your mind. Let His Word rule and wash your mind continually. Let His Peace overtake you. God cares for you. He is watching over you. Surrender to Him. Lay your cares at His feet. Lay your frustrations at His Throne — and leave them there. His Throne is greater than your problem.

His Authority is Sovereign. His Authority is Absolute. His Authority has the ability to crush the weight of your worry. Surrender to His Glory. Surrender to His Weight. Surrender to the Authority and Power of Jesus Christ. He vehemently cares for you. Lift up your burdens to Him. Don’t let the weight of the world weigh you down.

Day 3

Scriptures: Joshua 1:8, Deuteronomy 30:19, Philippians 4:8

Meditate On His Word Day And Night.

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” Joshua‬ ‭1:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Choose not to worry. Choose to meditate on His Word day and night. Let His Word wash your mind. Let His Word purify your thoughts. Let His Word lead and guide you. Let His Word redirect your course. Choose to focus your heart on Him.

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for “Meditate” is, ‘hagah’ (H1897) which means, “To moan, growl, utter, muse, mutter, meditate, devise, plot, speak, to roar, or to groan” Choose to meditate and think upon God’s Word continually. Choose to speak and to utter God’s Word throughout the day. Don’t mutter about the problem — choose to focus on His Word. Choose to openly declare His Word daily. Choose to declare His Word in every season of your life.

Shift your focus. Shift your thoughts and surrender to God. Shift what you’re worrying about and give it over to God. Shift it over to Him. The more you meditate upon His Word — the less you will exalt the problem. Choose to worship God and not your problem. Choose to magnify God and not your concerns. Choose to exalt God above your cares and fears — and watch God lift the weight of heaviness from off of your life.

Focus on God. You have the choice to either meditate on His Word or the things of this world. ‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭30:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:” You choose. Worship God or worship your worries. Choose to worship Christ. ‬‬
