Gracious Father, as this day comes to an end, I thank You for carrying me through every moment. Thank You for the people You placed around me, the lessons I learned, and the protection I received. I am grateful that Your faithfulness does not depend on my perfection.
Lord, search my heart and show me where I have spoken too quickly, judged unfairly, repeated information without confirming it, or remained silent when someone needed fairness. Forgive me for every careless word and every thought that did not reflect Your love. Where I have caused hurt, give me the humility to apologise and make things right.
Help me to release every argument, offence, and worry into Your hands. Guard the names and reputations of those I have discussed today. If I have believed an incomplete story, lead me toward the truth. Teach me to be “quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry” (James 1:19).
Give me peaceful sleep tonight. Renew my strength and prepare me to live tomorrow with wisdom, justice, mercy, and compassion. Thank You for Your patience and forgiveness. I rest under Your care.
